A: Many other MSP’s utilize block time and when that time runs out each month, additional billing applies. Outsource IT provides unlimited remote & help desk services for a single monthly flat fee for any location. Onsite services across Canada can be included in any offering.
A: Yes, however typically these ‘audit’ fees are refunded or credited towards your first month’s service fee.
A: Yes – there are systems in place monitoring 24×7 with active means for live escalation NOC staff.
A: Remote services are available 24×7 by calling our main line. A live person will answer the call and request basic details. If required, a technician will be dispatched onsite. Onsite 24×7 is available anywhere. (Note – within certain geography onsite service parameters must be pre-established and additional fees may apply.)
A: Many 24×7 MSP’s use overseas resources to provide support. However, satisfaction levels with this model can be very low. Our 24×7 is handled by a rotating internal staff. No 3rd parties (or overseas support) is used.
